CrossFit

CrossFit is, by definition, a constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. We also incorporate power and Olympic lifting to build strength and power.

Personal Training

One-on-one or semi-private training sessions focus on an individual’s specific fitness goals. This can include anything from low intensity resistance training to specific technique training to speed and agility work.

Pilates

In our Mat Pilates classes we create an encouraging and comfortable environment to help you build strength, balance and flexibility! We create flows that fit any fitness level, while still providing a fun and challenging workout. Sometimes our flows will involve props such as small weights, bands, the pilates ring and Pilates ball. Our classes focus on proper alignment, core strength and muscle balance while elongating the muscles.

Yoga

• Restore/Flow Increase balance and flexibility with a restorative flow, with therapeutic benefits to ease joint pain and strengthen muscle tissue.
• Goal of class strength and flexibility training plus muscle and mind relaxation.
